About Us
Tomeu Charter company has been active since the 2016 season.
We are a young team, made up of a skipper and a sailor, we always try to make you comfortable on board with our company, you just have to trust us and our llaüt!
We offer a completely Mallorcan experience, the food... the boat... the beaches... all from Mallorca, the best way to meet with the sea and Mallorcan culture.
¿How to book?
1) Choose the tour that best suits what you are looking for.
2) Write us via email (tomeu_charter@outlook.es) or WhatsApp (+34 674 187 882), let us know, the day you would like to take the tour, schedule, number if people and questions.
- We will answer all your questions and confirm if the tour is available.
3) When you are ready to book let us know.
-To make the reservation effective we only request a deposit of 20% of the total price of the tour.
-We will sen you a payment link that can be paid by card to the phone number or email that you indicate.
4) Make the payment deposit.
-All is ready, we will be waiting for you on the day of the tour at meeting point that we will send you. by email or WhatsApp, depending on where we are in contact and we will remain in contact until the day of the tour in case any questions arise.

In case of adverse weather:
-First try to change the day, if this is not possible for you, perhaps reduce the tour time (adjusting the price) and if that is not possible, we will refund 100% of your 20% deposit.
In case you want to cancel the tour:
-One week before the tour refund 100% of 20%.
-Two days before the tour refund of the 10% of 20%.
-If the cancellation is justified by a health problem, we will refund 100% of the 20% if you present proof.

¿Do you have a choice of vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free snack?
-Yes, but you have to let us know during the reservation process.
¿What happens if I have a food allergy?
-Although we asket about it on the day of the tour, it may be to late to change the snack, so please let us know so we can have it under control.
¿There are towels included on board?
-No.
¿There are life jackets on board?
-Yes, we always have life jackets for all the people we take on board, including children and babies, which is why the information you give us about their ages when we make the reservation is important.
¿What happens if I don't know how to swim?
-Let the crew know.
¿Older people can do the tour?
-Yes, let us konw , and we will advice you on the tour you should choose.
¿There is a bathroom on board?
-Yes.
¿There is coffee on board?
-No.
¿Can I bring extra drinks and food?
-Yes
¿How many paddle surf you have on board?
-One.
